We are seeking a qualified individual for a Lab Technician position. Become part of a team with the opportunity to work with customers, various departments, our plants and directly with our Lab Manager and Vice President of Operations.

Duties include:
· Quality Control
· Raw Material and product testing
· Report Generation
· Product development
· Technical customer support
· Sample control
· Maintenance of SDS and technical files

We are seeking a conscientious, resourceful, and versatile person for a challenging position in our Allston, MA office.

Become part of a team with the opportunity to work with various departments and directly with the Controller.

Accounts Receivable:

• Maintain systematic, accurate, and timely processing of all accounts receivable including, but not limited to, processing customer invoices, posting payments, processing deposits.
• Perform any follow-up on payments not received in a timely manner.
• Research and respond to inquiries from clients regarding payment issues, outstanding invoices, and invoice inquiries
• Processing credit card payments

Accounts Payable:

• Maintain systematic, accurate, and timely processing of all accounts payable including, but not limited to, vendor invoicing, vendor payment, pre-payment requests.
• Identify and investigate any issues with vendor bills and obtain mutual resolution of discrepancies
• Obtain approval on all vendor invoices according to company policy and ensure timely payment of all vendor bills
• Prepare and manage check runs
• Report any unresolved disputes with vendors to management for resolution.​

Key Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.​ Experience in accounts receivable/​payable required

• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft  Excel
• Ability to follow instructions and respond to managements' directions accurately
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.​
• Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities and use time efficiently
• Ability to respond appropriately and professionally to all inquiries or complaints from customers

We are seeking a conscientious, resourceful, and versatile person for a challenging position in an industrial chemical plant in Allston, MA. Excellent work ethic and attitude are required. Close attention to detail and ability to understand proper procedures. Our ideal candidate will be organized and detail oriented. Duties include:

• Blending and packaging product
• Loading and unloading bulk and dry freight trucks
• Forklift operations
• Other duties and special projects as deemed necessary
